Jan Auffret
Specialist and Bereavement Midwife
Jan is a specialist and bereavement midwife at Jersey General Hospital. Jan also teaches hypnobirthing locally in Jersey.

Iwona Bridge
Movement Studio Founder
Iwona started the movement journey over 10 years ago and is qualified in both Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis methods as well as Pilates. For the last 10 years she has been working in studios around Jersey and opened the Movement Studio in May 2017. Iwona aims for people to move freely in a painless way.

Sophie Brigstocke
Birth and Postnatal Doula
Sophie runs Nurturing Birth, providing doula training courses across the UK and beyond. {Doula of the year award.} She also runs the Nurturing Birth Directory helping parents to find pregnancy/birth/postnatal/feeding services internationally. Ashley Cummins
Move Yoga and Pilates
Ashley’s Pilates practice focuses on good posture and functional movement. Aiming to strengthen the core, which improves alignment, protects the spine and creates a centre of gravity within the body, which develops functional and graceful movement. Ashley also teaches yoga using loving and nourishing, vinyasa flow.

With a clear belief that health should be one of the main priorities in life, and prevention is always better than cure, Marie-Christine’s work to promote awareness of good health habits in her community has included giving talks to local school pupils and on local radio.

Kate works using a combination of structural, visceral and cranial osteopathy and has been practicing as an Osteopath since 1999. Kate is a qualified Pilates Foundation Matwork Instructor. She teaches small Matwork classes and individual sessions.

Claire’s intention is that her work on the LOLA project gives you information which is helpful about yoga, its benefits and how it can ease you back to life, and that classes she has designed for you are helpful in supporting your physical and emotional recovery.

Marissa created some of the film clips for Lola’s Project, She creates great videos to engage, entertain and educate people about clients’ businesses. Marissa’s style is no nonsense, but patient, calm and intuitive, making the process of creating business media easy.

Alex Jones
Putney Osteopaths
Alex practiced in New Zealand for 10 years and was the President of the New Zealand Register of Osteopaths and the Deputy Chair of the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand. Alex uses structural, cranial and visceral osteopathic techniques.

Emma’s approach is compassionate, joyful, encouraging, empowering and gentle. It’s about the experience of each individual, encouraging them to listen to their bodies, integrating a healing touch and guided meditations to tune into the mind, body and spirit.

Performance Pilates
Helen is committed to helping, motivating and inspiring people to move more, move better and feel great. Helen has been practising and teaching Pilates for many years but more recently has qualified as an Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach.

Dr. Guy Meadows
The Sleep School
Guy is a sleep physiologist, with a doctorate (PhD) from Imperial College, London. He is pioneering the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia (ACT-i) and regularly talks and runs training workshops for therapists and General Practitioners.

Jo loves teaching and often runs workshops, helping others to discover their own extra ordinary abilities – something that has been lost as we rush about in life, not taking the time to tune into our own innate wisdom.

Margaret Rawlinson
Yoga Instructor and Acupuncturist
Margaret treats many disorders in her Acupuncture clinic in Cookham and is experienced in fertility work and all its implications. Margaret is also a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher of many years experience.
